Liquore di Camomilla con Grappa de la Negroni is the kind of drink that pleasantly surprises you from the first sip. Initially, you feel the delicate and relaxing aroma of Italian chamomile, followed by the elegant warmth of grappa, which gives it depth and personality.
It has a balanced and refined taste, slightly sweet, with discrete notes of honey and aromatic herbs, and the lingering sensation is clean and very pleasant. It's that drink you slowly savor, whether after dinner or in a well-made cocktail.
With 32% alcohol, it doesn't go unnoticed, but remains smooth and easy to drink. A modern digestif, with authentic Italian style, perfect for those who appreciate natural flavors and drinks with character.
What do you feel in your glass?
- Nose: fresh chamomile, delicate honey, fine herbs, and a clean grappa background.
- Taste: velvety and warm, with a delicate floral start, followed by fine botanical notes and a round, balanced texture, without syrupy sweetness.
- Finish: persistent and elegant, with grappa character and a floral, smooth, and soothing finish.
- Vibe: a liqueur with an elegant and relaxed Italian vibe, floral and warm, perfect for slow enjoyment on a quiet evening.
Why will you like it?
- Real chamomile: natural floral profile, far from synthetic "perfume" type flavors.
- Grappa base: offers a maturity and a long finish that neutral alcohol cannot achieve.
- 32% alcohol: enough power not to get lost in mixology; works superbly as a pure digestif.
- Balanced sweetness: honey notes provide roundness, not a sticky sensation.
