At weekends and on public holidays we do not answer the phone, but you can order on the website at any time and write to us on the chat at any time.
When your parcel leaves
- Orders placed by 14:00 on a working day leave our warehouse the same day.
- Orders placed after 14:00, at the weekend or on public holidays, leave on the next working day.
- Delivery time: 1-3 working days from order confirmation, via Sameday, to an easybox locker or to your address.
- You receive the AWB tracking number by e-mail as soon as your parcel is on its way to you.

No, the phone line is only available Monday - Friday, between 9:00 and 18:00. At the weekend, write to us on the chat or by e-mail.
How quickly do I get a reply on the chat?
The chat replies instantly, at any time of day. If your question needs a person, we will reply by e-mail on the next working day.
I have a problem with an order I have already placed.
