Everything you need to know before you order: how your parcel reaches you, how much it costs, how long it takes and how you can pay.

Delivery

We deliver with Sameday, to an easybox or to your address, exclusively within Romania.

  • Delivery time: 1-3 working days from order confirmation.
  • Courier collection time: orders placed by 14:00 leave our warehouse on the same working day. Orders placed after 14:00, at the weekend or on public holidays leave on the next working day.
  • Parcel tracking: you receive the AWB tracking code by e-mail as soon as your parcel is on its way to you.

The 300 lei threshold is checked against the order value after discounts are applied, including discount codes. The exact delivery cost is always shown at checkout, before you pay. No extra costs appear after you place your order.

Packaging

Each bottle is individually protected and placed in special packaging for transport, so that it reaches you intact. If you do receive a parcel with visible signs of damage, take a few photos before you open it and write to us at info@negostore.ro - we will sort it out quickly.

Payment methods

  • Online bank card (Visa, Mastercard), processed securely through Shopify Payments. Your card details never reach us.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay, straight from your phone.
  • Pay on delivery (COD) - you pay when you receive your parcel. How you pay depends on the delivery method you choose:
    • Courier delivery to your address: you pay the courier in cash or by card, directly in the Sameday app, at any time until the parcel reaches you.
    • Delivery to easybox: payment is made by card only, at the easybox, when you collect your parcel. You cannot pay in cash at the easybox.
  • Bank transfer to the account of NEGRONI TRADING S.R.L., based on the proforma invoice. Your order is prepared once we confirm receipt of the payment.

All payments are made in Romanian lei. The prices shown on the website include VAT.

Minimum age: 18

We sell only to people aged 18 or over. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this condition. The courier may ask for an identity document on delivery and has the right to refuse to hand over the parcel if your age cannot be confirmed.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your parcel to change your mind, without having to give a reason. We pay for the return shipping. The product must be returned sealed and undamaged, in its original packaging. Opened alcoholic drinks cannot be returned.

Write to us at info@negostore.ro with your order number; we confirm the return, send the courier and refund your money within 14 days at most, using the same payment method. The full steps are on the Returns page, and the legal framework is in the Terms and Conditions.

Frequently asked questions

Can I pay by card on delivery?
Yes, in both cases. If you choose delivery to your address, you can pay by card in the Sameday app, at any time until the parcel arrives, or in cash, directly to the courier. If you choose easybox, you pay by card right at the easybox, when you collect your parcel.

Can I pay in cash at the easybox?
No. At the easybox, payment is by card only, when you collect your parcel. If you want to pay in cash, choose courier delivery to your address.

Can I change the address after placing my order?
Yes, if you let us know before it leaves the warehouse. Write to us at info@negostore.ro or call 0732 567 465.

What should I do if I receive a wrong or broken product?
Take photos of the parcel and the product and send them all to us by e-mail. We will replace it or refund your money, at no cost to you.

Do you deliver outside Romania?
Not at the moment. We only deliver within Romania.

Will I get an invoice?
Yes. The invoice is sent to you by e-mail once your order is confirmed. If you need an invoice in your company's name, enter the company details at checkout.
