Limoncello IGP Sorrento Zero proves that an alcohol-free product can successfully retain the authentic taste and spirit of Italian tradition. Made exclusively from the renowned Ovale di Sorrento IGP lemons, this alcohol-free limoncello offers more than just a simple lemon flavor: it brings to the glass the intense aroma of fresh peel, vibrant citrus notes, and a pleasant, velvety texture.
Everything starts with a careful production process, designed to faithfully preserve the character and aromatic intensity of Sorrento lemons. The result is an expressive, balanced, and fresh drink, which can be enjoyed just as well on its own, well chilled, as in light and refreshing cocktails, such as an alcohol-free Spritz.
What do you feel in the glass?
- Nose: intense aroma of freshly picked lemon, complemented by delicate floral notes and a vibrant citrus freshness.
- Taste: velvety and harmonious, with authentic lemon flavors and an elegant balance between sweetness and acidity.
- Finish: long, clean, and refreshing, with natural citrus notes that linger pleasantly on the palate.
- Vibe: the relaxed elegance of Italy in a modern, fresh, and completely alcohol-free interpretation.
Why will you like it?
- Authentic limoncello profile: retains the characteristic citrus intensity and pleasant texture of a successful limoncello, without tasting merely like a sweet drink.
- Ovale di Sorrento IGP Lemons: a premium ingredient, offering freshness, complexity, and a distinct aromatic character.
- Natural lemon and lemon blossom aromas: a fragrant, bright, and elegant profile, inspired by Italian tradition.
- Versatile in drinks and desserts: delicious in an alcohol-free Spritz, served well chilled, or used in desserts and creative recipes.
- Ideal after a meal: served cold, it offers a refreshing and balanced experience; a perfect non-alcoholic digestif.
- Real Italian expertise: created by Ciemme Liquori, a producer with extensive experience in developing alcohol-free beverages.
