A crystalline and fresh gin with a distinctly Mediterranean vibe. It starts with the Kapriol Dry Gin base and takes it to an intense citrus area, with lemons and bergamot from southern Italy, intertwined with balsamic notes of juniper, inspired by the Dolomites. It embodies the meeting of mountain and sea, of cold and sun.
The botanicals are infused in quality alcohol and then distilled in historic stills from 1947, which gives it an authentic and well-crafted feel. An explosion of noble citrus: fresh and juicy lemon, elegant and slightly bitter bergamot. The finish remains long, tonic and super refreshing.
What do you feel in the glass?
- Nose: fresh lemon, citrus peel, with a balsamic hint of juniper.
- Taste: luminous citrus; the lemon is clear and direct, and the bergamot brings aromatic elegance and slight bitterness.
- Finish: clean, persistent, fresh with a delicate echo of bergamot (like a premium citrus twist).
- Vibe: an aperitif gin for sunny terraces, warm evenings and impeccable cocktails.
Why will you like it?
- Noble citrus: the combination of lemon and bergamot offers a sophisticated aroma.
- Botanical structure: the base of juniper and alpine plants perfectly supports the acidity of the citrus fruits.
- Artisanal distillation: made in small batches, with obsessive attention to the purity of the aromas.
- Versatility: ideal for an unusual Gin & Tonic, a citrus Martini or simply a soda with ice.
