Grappa di Prosecco Loredan Gasparini demonstrates how refined a young distillate can be when it starts from excellent raw materials and is crafted with patience and care. Obtained from fresh Glera (Prosecco) grape pomace and distilled using the traditional discontinuous "bain-marie" method, this grappa preserves everything beautiful in the glass: freshness, clarity, and an elegance that doesn't need aggressiveness to impress.
This is not a grappa created by brute force, but by purity. Gentle distillation allows the aromas to shine without being burnt, resulting in a very well-structured grappa bianca, with a floral profile that clearly points to the freshness and elegance of Northern Italian style.
What do you feel in the glass?
- Nose: clean aromas of fresh grapes, wild flowers, and delicate accents of aromatic herbs.
- Taste: fine, balanced and surprisingly expressive, with bright fruity notes complemented by a subtle hint of almond.
- Finish: elegant and persistent, with a delicate, perfectly integrated warmth that gradually fades into a refined floral impression.
- Vibe: fresh, bright, and elegant, possessing the discreet charm of Italian tradition.
Why will you like it?
- Prosecco Pomace: offers a brighter and more floral character than many traditional grappas.
- Artisanal Production: bain-marie distillation brings remarkable finesse and elegance to an unaged distillate.
- Approachability: created to highlight the character of grappa without excessive harshness.
- 40% ABV: a balanced strength, offering both structure and ease of tasting.
- 0.7L Format: ideal for sharing with family or friends at the table.
