There is a magical moment when the pure freshness of agave meets the patience of time, and Batanga Reposado is the perfect expression of this transformation. If the Blanco variant represents the pure energy of the earth, Reposado suggests the warm and welcoming embrace of American oak.
This tequila, made from 100% blue agave, is aged just long enough to acquire a silky texture and a rare complexity, without ever losing its vibrant identity born in the mountains of Jalisco. The time spent in the barrel smooths the sharp edges of the agave, enriching it with elegant layers of vanilla, caramel, and toasted almonds, followed by a subtle touch of coffee and cedarwood. The result is a mature yet surprisingly fresh spirit—a tribute to perfect balance, created to be savored slowly.
What will you feel in your glass?
- Nose: fine vanilla, aged agave, and warm notes of sweet wood, complemented by a discreet hint of citrus.
- Taste: rich and velvety, with accents of caramel, almonds, and coffee, supported by an elegant and well-integrated oak.
- Finish: warm, refined, and persistent, with echoes of cedar and a subtle note of black pepper.
- Vibe: a story told at sunset in Mexico, among agave fields – where time seems to slow down.
Why will you like it?
- 100% Blue Agave: an authentic, clean, and full-bodied base.
- Aged in American oak: adds depth, texture, and elegance to every glass.
- Vanilla, caramel, and coffee: a warm and welcoming profile, perfectly balanced.
- Fine spices: notes of pepper, cedar, and oak that give it structure and refinement.
- Excellent for sipping neat: a reposado that fully reveals its personality when served neat – with or without ice.
