Created by Matter Distillery together with Marilyn Manson, Mansinthe is an absinthe that successfully combines respect for tradition with a strong and contemporary personality. Although its name immediately attracts attention, the real story lies in the glass.
Based on the classic absinthe recipe, with wormwood, anise, and fennel, Mansinthe is complemented by fresh notes of mint and subtle citrus accents, which add depth and freshness. The result is a rich and balanced aromatic profile, where the specific intensity of absinthe is supported by elegance and clarity.
Artisanal, expressive, and full of character, Mansinthe is an absinthe that remains true to its Swiss roots, while offering a memorable and slightly different experience.
What do you feel in the glass?
- Nose: licorice, crushed aromatic herbs, anise, and an intense, deep aromatic layer.
- Taste: full-bodied and powerful; wormwood and fennel provide structure, while mint and citrus accents give it a freshness that balances the alcoholic strength.
- Finish: long, aromatic, and persistent; with a refreshing, bitter botanical sensation.
- Vibe: theatrical, intense, and impeccably executed.
Why will you like it?
- 66.6% ABV: an authentic strength, specific to great absinthes, with presence and character in every glass.
- A distinctive note: wormwood, fennel, and anise, complemented by fresh accents of mint and citrus.
- Matter Distillery: one of the most respected Swiss distilleries dedicated to the absinthe tradition.
- 100% natural: no artificial colors or flavors, produced using artisanal methods and carefully controlled maceration.
