  • Processing and delivery of orders – legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR);
  • Issuing invoices and fulfilling tax and accounting obligations – legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR);
  • Age verification (18+) for alcohol sales – legal basis: legal obligation and legitimate interest;
  • Marketing communications (newsletter, offers) – legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time;
  • Improving the Website and shopping experience, fraud prevention – legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR);

  • Shopify – the e-commerce platform that hosts the Website and processes orders;
